Being
A Bozo (It's a good thing, really)
 Back
before Sesame Street, there was a kiddie program featuring Bozo
the Clown, an endearing character for the toddler set. Bozo's
merchandisers developed an inflatable Bozo toy, maybe three
feet tall with a weighted bottom. Energetic children could
punch Bozo with all their might, and Bozo would always pop upright,
always with the same happy face, and always ready for another
bout.
In any business climate, we think that being a Bozo is a pretty
good thing. Resilient, tough, smiling — excellent
traits for business people whatever the challenge at hand. |
